About This Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join the Nefroon team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with clients, conducting property presentations, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and a passion for the real estate industry. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify new leads
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Follow up with potential buyers and investors
Maintain accurate client records and sales updates
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong long-term client relationships

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Fluency in English required
Swahili is an advantage
